CLAIRE Yoga and Massage

Combining her 20+years experience as a Kinetherapist and manual therapist

(shiatsu,acupressure) with her Yoga practice, makes Claire the perfect instructor to guide you through this weekend. Originally from the UK, Claire has lived and practised in France for 17 yrs and her classes are in French and/or English.

Re-connect with yourself and nature on this intimate week-end yoga retreat (maximum 4 people) in the Pyrénées with breathtaking views of the sea. We've put together a great deal just for you, which includes all yoga, accommodation, delicious vegan meals, and a massage.

Duration: 2days/3nights

Level: All levels welcome

Dates: 20-23 May 2022 and 9-12 September 2022

​

Program:

Friday evening: arrival between 3pm and 6pm. 60 min evening meditation yoga. Welcome dinner.

Saturday and Sunday: 90 min yoga in the morning followed by brunch.  Afternoon massage or free time to explore the beautiful surroundings. 60 min yoga before dinner.

Monday: Late breakfast buffet and departure by 12.

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

  • All meals and non-alcoholic drinks (100% plant-based)

  • 3 nights accommodation with private bathroom

  • 5 yoga/meditation sessions 

  • Classes in French or English

  • 1 x 30 min massage

  • Access to Gym, Pool* and tennis courts

  • Pick-up from Perpignan or Argelès-sur-mer train Station

*The Pool is only available from 1 June to 30 September.

 

The Tiny Vegan Chef

ANDI Vegan Chef/Host 

Not only will Andi cook you the most delicious seasonal vegan meals, she will do her best to ensure you have a wonderful time. Andi is the chef and co-owner of Studio Vert. Originally from Manchester, she now lives in the South of France.
